How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from First Choice Home Housing Association only.

Referral procedure

First Choice Service Centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am until 4pm on Saturdays call 0161 393 7117.If you have an emergency homelessness enquiry outside opening hours please call, 0800 988 7061.

Support offered

9 full time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover plus security staff Mon-Fri 8pm-8am, 24 hours Sat-Sun. key worker system with fortnightly meetings (and more regular support contact as necessary). Keywork covers benefits, budgeting, health issues, employment and training, independent living skills, identifying move-on options and liaising with external agencies such as Social Services.
