Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Individuals over the age of 18 with a local connection to Cambridge City and a history of homelessness and a number of ?complex? support needs ? e.g. substance use, alcohol dependency, physical and/or mental ill-health, vulnerability to domestic abuse, long term / repeat involvement with the criminal justice system etc. May be able to accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
We do not accommodate couples together. We are unlikely to be able to accommodate anyone with a history of arson, or anyone considered to pose a high risk of violence towards staff or other service users.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Individuals must be referred by professionals within the Streets to Home partnership, via Inform.
Referral procedure
Referrals must be made by individuals who have an accurate understanding of the individual?s care and support needs. Referrals accepted following assessment of an individual?s Inform application and a successful in-person interview. All successful applicants are added to a waiting list, then prioritised according to urgency of need.

Full time staff on-site 7am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (2 residents per worker), keywork meetings at least every 2 weeks. Staff provide support to minimise harm caused by drinking and provide help with controlling drinking towards recovery, signposting to treatment providers, money management, life skills.
