Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single women at risk aged 18 to 59 who are at risk of homelessness with support needs. Low level support, primarily housing related, is provided as well a peaceful and stable environment. No drugs or alcohol are permitted in the building.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Local borough council has priority. Other agencies can refer.

Referral procedure

Priority is given to referrals from Reigate& Banstead, Mole Valley & Tandridge Borough Councils . Only referrals from borough councils or partner agencies are accepted for further assessment.. Referral will progress to an assessment interview if there are forthcoming vacancies, it is within our criteria and a suitable match with current resident group.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staff on premises during daytime hours with sleeping night cover. Staff provide one to one sessions and ad hoc support when needed. Residents should commit to keeping within licence and engaging with staff. There are opportunities to join in house short courses to help improve well being and life skills.
