Anyone 18+ presenting homeless with nowhere safe to stay. Can accept people with dogs. We can accommodate individuals with no local connection to West Norfolk on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Welcomes referrals from other organisations working with the homeless including police referrals, probation services, hospital discharge and prison release: please contact us for a referral form. We are also able to assist and advise individuals who self-refer (i.e. come to our door for help). All guests are risk-assessed at the point of arrival.
Referral procedure
Referral from any organisation working with the homeless: organisation should contact us by email for a referral form. Self-referral: we will complete a referral form with the individual and may discuss with other professionals before either offering a place or signposting to alternative support.

Support offered
Staff on duty 24 hours including waking staff throughout the night. Rota of 14 staff overseen by co-ordinator with additional volunteer support.
All meals provided, laundry service, personal care for some individuals on emergency basis where needed, use of computer/internet.
One to one support daily 9am-6pm including help with diary and appointments, mentoring, completing forms, reading/writing letters, setting up bank accounts, managing UC account, applying for move-on housing. 24-hour pastoral support and a listening ear. Occasional support accompanying to external appointments eg court, medical appointments, housing interviews.

Accommodation is provided on the ground floor and first floor. Please note that at the present time there is a ground-floor toilet but no ground-floor shower facility.
