Advice and information to anyone in the borough worried about losing their home, with the aim of preventing homelessness. Offer advice on mortgage and rent arrears and can liaise with landlords tp protect the rights of tenants. Advice and assitance with renting privately, including the Rent Direct scheme. Information on going on the council's housing register. Out of hours phone 020 8303 7171.
