Referral procedure

Agency referrals via LB Southwark Housing Options Centre, application form and interview. Interview with project when a vacancy arises.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

6 staff working Monday – Friday. Out of hours is covered by security officers. Keywork system with weekly and monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 1 month. Risk management plan is reviewed every 3 months. Staff provide support around independent living skills and help with move-on accommodation. Staff assist residents to claim housing benefit and maximise their benefits.
