Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs. No local connection required. 2 spaces allocated to young people with a history of offending behaviour.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals are from SHIP.

Referral procedure

Contact SHIP Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form. Interview.

Support offered

2 staff available 9am-6.30pm Mon-Fri. Keywork system, monthly meetings. Support and development plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around education, employment, emotional needs and interpersonal skills.
