Referral procedure
Referrals are accepted from the boroughs of Richmond, Wandsworth and Hounslow. Referrals are normally made from the Mental Health Social Work team or the Recovery and Support Team. Initial enquiries are made to Mr S. Neal, Hampton Road Manager. Social Workers and Care Co-ordinators based in the above boroughs can email referal paperwork to Kirsten at the email address below.

Support offered
Support is provided 24/7. During the day there are three members of staff on duty, overnight there are two members of waking night staff. All service-users are allocated a keyworker and keywork sessions are weekly. Activity Groups take place such as art group, healthy eating group, film night, and walking group. Support is offered with budgeting, meal planning, accessing educational/ recovery courses or other structured activities, and maintaining a clean living enviroment.
