How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency in the local area.
Referral procedure
Phone or call 24 hours a day, complete Referral Form. First come, first served basis. Risk assessment before admission. Admission and housing benefit forms filled in on arrival. Require proof of ID and National Insurance number.
