Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Applicants must be committed to developing their training, education and employment opportunities. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Huntingdonshire.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Huntingdon District Council and Connexions.

Referral procedure

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 8am-10pm or write. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID and background information. Successful applicants placed on waiting list.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

3 full time and 2 part time staff plus 2 night porters, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (6 residents per key worker) with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer guidance with regard to life skills, independent living, literacy and numeracy, employment, training and education. On-site support from Connexions, Learn Direct and 'Natural High'.
