How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Agency completes referral form. Project carries out interview, with support needs and risk assessments, when vacancy becomes available.

2 full-time staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, on-call system after. Keywork system (8 residents per key worker), weekly meetings.
