Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 18-59 with medium / high complex needs. Local connection to Kent (Tonbridge, Tunbridge wells, Sevenoaks ) is required. Will accept people with dogs.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders, arsonists and people with a history of violence. Each case looked at and assessed persons on licence are considered, but not a priority.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone daily 24 hours, but preferably 9am-5pm, to discuss referral and confirm eligibility. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID, risk assessment from professional involved with applicant and background reports.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (2-3 residents per key worker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed regularly. Staff offer support with independent living skills, accessing specialised support and liaison with statutory and community welfare services.
