Who do we help?

Single homeless people with a history of rough Single homeless people with a history of rough sleeping who have high & complex support needs. Applicants referred via HOST must have local connection.

Who we cannot help

Each referral is assessed using standard risk assessment procedure. May not accept people with a recent history of history of arson or violence, or people whose support needs cannot be met by the project.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from named agencies via HOST, eg substance misuse services, probation.

Referral procedure

Application form. Interview. Applications initially assessed by duty staff. If there are no vacancies, successful applicants are placed on waiting list.
