CHAIN verified rough sleepers aged over 25 with histories of rough sleeping and complex support needs who have a City of Westminster connection. Takes couples. Dogs permitted in female clusters

Any outside target group. Those currently using class A or B drugs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from agencies that are part of Westminster Building Based Services.

Referral procedure

All referrals must be through the Westminster Assessment and Referral Form.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

14 staff, 24 hour cover. Keywork and support system (5 residents per key worker). Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every three months. Physical health support, access to detox via treatment services and support around harm reduction. Advice and support around independent living skills. More intense support in flats to prepare residents for living independently. Turning Point - weekly visits from drug and alcohol worker to offer support around addiction and access to detox/rehab.
