How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from Slough Borough Council.

Referral procedure

Phone 24 hours. Application form filled in by agency and applicant. Require background information. All applicants subject to a risk assessment. Require references and proof of ID and income.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time staff, 24 hour cover. Compulsory keywork meetings. Staff offer advice on benefits and resettlement. Will signpost customers to other specialist support providers.
