5 full time staff available 9am-10pm Mon-Fri, 11-6 on a Saturday, with security covering after these times. Compulsory support involving keywork with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed monthly. Staff offer support and advice on life skills and help with accessing employment, training a.
