How to get a referral

Referral procedure

Most people self refer through day centres. Outreach will go and locate rough sleepers and begin the process of engagement. Referral to our accommodation is via our teams and also from partner agencies. A referral form is completed and then each person is assessed for their suitability.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Each person has a dedicated worker who will provide up to 5 hours a week support. There is also an oncall phone for out of hours in the event of an emergency.
