How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Social Services, Local Authority, Other professionals, Self-referrals.
Referral procedure
Referrals between Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4.00pm and Friday, 9am – 3pm.
Referral form must be completed, an interview will be arranged and a risk assessment must be done.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
24 hours a day support available, weekly keyworking sessions and staff support daily. Provide supported accommodation with community services. Mary Seacole work with each of our clients to develop a personal support plan, identifying each person’s needs and aspirations.
