Street outreach service for people sleeping rough in Medway. Provide hot food / drinks, camping essentials, general every day food/ drink, clothes and toiletries. Can help with benefits advice, replacement IDs and rehabilitation costs and can also arrange appointments with a chiropodist / podiatrist. Nurse on the team who can provide medical assistance when required.
