Single homeless people with support needs. People with a history of rough sleeping. Priority to applicants with a confirmed Local Connection and/or support from neighbouring authorities. Two Dog-Friendly rooms.
Who we cannot help
History of arson, schedule 1 or sex offence. Unmanaged addictions. Needs too high.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self-referrals and referrals from other Homeless Services. Most referrals come from Shelter, Local Authorities and local churches.
Referral procedure
Phone or call in daily 24 hours (preferably during office hours). Admission Assessment and Risk Assessment. Proof of ID required.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
10 staff members, 24-hour sleep-in cover. Outcomes Star and person-centred approach to support planning. Weekly Support Sessions, individual Support Plans with agreed outcomes, monthly reviews. Provide support around life skills, including cooking, budgeting and basic literacy and numeracy, IT, training, relapse prevention, bicycle repair, creative writing and employment.
