Intensive support project is for rough sleepers referred specifically by the local authority. Those deemed as too high need for other providers. Those who are hard to house due to previous housing issues. Pets are not generally allowed

Referral procedure
Assessment undertaken by West Northamptonshire Council or NAASH. Risk assessment. Need at least 1 form of ID if not known by the services.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Crisis homeless are supported to access housing as a priority. Entrenched rough sleepers are supported to deal with issues such as drugs, alcohol, health, and to access appropriate housing. Support to claim benefits. Key workers available Monday to Friday in the private rented sector with an on call system for emergency's.
Intensive support service is staffed 24/7 to provide support and a concierge service. A range of supported placements are available depending on need.
