All referral must come through The Avenue at Lincolnshire County Council.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

1 full time member of staff available at off-site office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Visit 2-3 times per week. Keywork system with meetings at least weekly. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly or as required. Staff provide advice and support around independent living skills, training and employment.
