Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-17 and care leavers up to the age of 21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who need support to live independently. Also house young parents. Local connection preferred, agreement for out of area placements has to be agreed by Children's Services commissioning.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals must come through the Gateway at Lincolnshire County Council - this can either be by presenting to local authority housing departments as homeless or direct by Lincolnshire County Council Children's Services staff.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time and 5 part time staff on-site 24/7, waking nights. Keywork system (3-4 residents per worker), compulsory weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least quarterly. Staff provide support with daily living skills, benefits, debt and budgeting, shopping, cooking and housework, access to education, employment and training.
