Who do we help?

Single homeless male ex-offenders with low to medium support needs. Must have a local connection and be referred via Westminster Probation.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals via Westminster Probation.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form, completed by prospective resident and referral agency. Interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of ID, eg passport, prison licence, birth certificate. Also require PSR and Probation reports (Oasys report).

Support and accommodation


Support offered

3.5 full time staff based at on-site office in 10 bed project Mon & Tues 8am-8pm, Weds, Thurs & Fri 8am-6pm Sat, 9.30-5.30pm x 2 monthly, emergency on-call system. Staff visit the other project weekly. Compulsory key-work system, with minimum of fortnightly meetings, deliver support around Outcomes Star principles. Support plan with agreed outcomes devised with external support agencies, reviewed regularly. Residents are expected to be assessed or involved in education, employment or training. Staff provide support around life skills, meaningful occupation and preventing re-offending.
