Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single homeless people. Must be entitled to Housing Benefit. Must be focussed on recovery to addiction and able to do a 28-day respite period on entry. If currently using illicit street heroin: be actively engaging with prescribed Opiate Substitute Treatment with CGL or Meadowell Surgery. If currently using alcohol: to be actively engaging with CGL for a period of time around their current alcohol issue and have been seen by a medically trained clinician. CGL would then be able to liaise with the Recovery Services, with consent from the service use

Support offered

Six staff working full-time and part time, sleep-in cover at night. Each resident has a named key worker and they meet at least weekly to work on support plans, which are tailored to each individual resident. Our service is happy to link up with any other
