Support and accommodation

Support offered

10 staff working full-time and part time, sleep-in cover at night. Each resident has a named key worker and they meet at least weekly to work on support plans, which are tailored to each individual resident. Our service is happy to link up with any other supporting agency to provide rounded support, such as CGL-Spectrum, Probation, CMHT and so on. All residents are asked to contribute to the duties around the house, with support from staff if needed. We encourage residents to find things to occupy their time that they enjoy, this might be poetry or art sessions at our Community Market Garden, courses, volunteering, sessions at the Women’s Centre or anything locally that is of interest.
