Who do we help?

Young single homeless or vulnerably housed people aged 16-21 including teenage parents. Accept couples with individual support needs. May accommodate non-dependent partners in dispersed accommodation. No local connection required. Pets not allowed.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via FamilyServices via A1 request and assessment form completed with through Family Services/New Roots. Direct to New Roots for floating support.

Referral procedure

Interviews arranged through New Roots which are then assessed by Family Services.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Working staff available 24/7 at some of the properties. Keywork system with regular meetings. Staff provide help and advice with independent living skills and accessing employment, education or training. High level of daily support. Support workers visit residents once or twice a week, sometimes daily.
