Services offered
Assists single people and families who are in priority need and on a low income to access private rented accommodation by providing a guarantee for landlords of up to one month's rent in place of a cash deposit. Support in finding/securing accommodation, claiming benefits and negotiating with landlords. Ongoing support once people have secured a tenancy around budgeting and other life skills.
