Who do we help?
Single, homeless people aged 18-24 years with a local connectional to the Aylesbury Vale area, who require emergency accommodation, whilst longer term solutions are sought by local housing support services.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone or drop in for an initial assessment. Young people will need to engage in a thorough risk assessment process, including a check with local police and two references from professionals. The project is only suitable for those who meet strict eligibility criteria, which will be discussed during the risk assessment process. We are unable to provide same day accommodation to allow for references and police checks to be completed.
