How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Service is only available for those between 16-24 years old. Phone or drop in for an initial assessment. We require a range of information in order to identify needs, including a risk assessment, references and a background check. Contact times Monday - Saturday 11am - 5pm. Can only place on the same day, when references are provided by partner agencies in time. Must have a local connection to Aylesbury Vale - live/work/study etc.
