Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with support needs. Can take 1 couple. Applicants must have a local connection to Newcastle upon Tyne.
Who we cannot help
People unable to cope with the level of support offered.
Depending on the offence of what we will not accept we will look into case by case

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals must be made via the Gateway system.
Referral procedure
Applicants need to go to the Housing Advice Gateway for initial interview. Applicant put on Gateway system to be interviewed. External agencies can also make referrals via the Gateway system.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
1 full time and 3 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Keywork system (6 residents per worker) to provide support to tenants, weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, maintaining tenancies, and access to education and training.
