Referral procedure

All referrals must come through the LA Homeless Service/Core Team. Risk assessment and Professionals Meeting are followed by referee Interview and Needs assessment.

Support offered

Service is staffed 24hrs a day Mon - Fri. 3 part-time support staff 9am-6pm, night security cover 6pm - 9am. Weekends, Security/Concierge service cover only, 6pm-9am. There is OOH repairs service for emergency repairs. Key-work system (3-4 residents per key-worker) with meetings held weekly. Staff provide support around tenancy management, budgeting, shopping on a low income, confidence building, accessing training, employment, learning or voluntary work and liaison with specialist welfare and community services.
