Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25, with low-medium or high support needs, who have a guarantee of move-on housing from a referring agency. Priority given to those with a local connection to LBs Wandsworth and Merton.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
LBs Wandsworth and Merton Homeless Persons Units have priority for all referrals. If they do not fill a vacancy it is offered to Threshold Housing Advice or Clearing House.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. Agency and applicant complete referral form. Interview. Referral agency must be able to guarantee move-on accommodation.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
1 support worker available at each project Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, staff also available at off-site office Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, emergency on-call system. Staff on-site at all times in high support schemes. Keywork system with fortnightly meetings. Support plans cover general welfare, independent living skills, health, education, careers and employment, reviewed monthly.
