Referrals from the Nottinghamshire Homelessness and Commissioning s team.

Referral procedure

Phone daily 8am-10pm to arrange an assessment. All referrals are processed by Notts County Council and discussed at weekly supported accommodation panel

Support offered

Staff cover is 24/7 and related to residents' needs. Compulsory key work system, with meetings as often as required. Personal development plans covering social and independent living skills. Staff provide support on employability issues, including education, training and employment.
