Single homeless people aged 16-21 with a range of support needs, who have been identified as statutory homeless by LB Islington. Must have a local connection to LB Islington.

Who we cannot help

People with a history of arson.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept agency referrals via LB Islington Referrals Co-ordinator Team.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by referral agency. One Support do assessment and interview. Require proof of ID and income. May require additional information.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staffing and support varies according to project eg 24 hour waking cover in high support project, visiting support in low support projects. Compulsory keywork system with regular meetings. Support plans, reviewed regularly. Staff provide support around benefits, independent living skills, accessing community facilities, education and employment opportunities and local support groups.
