How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from agencies, including Nottingham City Housing Aid, District & Borough Councils Housing Departments, Social Care, Emmanuel House, Framework Street Outreach Team, Refugee Forum (Contact Open Homes Nottingham for details of the other trained referral agencies. Staff of other potential referral agencies should contact Open Homes Nottingham to access referral form).
Referral procedure
Referrals accepted Mon-Fri 10am-5pm from referral agencies, with majority of clients coming via Nottingham Nightstop.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
A Support Worker supports each young person on placement, in addition to the support provided by the host. Support sessions are given weekly and provide support around independent living skills, benefits, budgeting, finding education/work, referrals to additional support services where needed, help to find long term accommodation.

Room in a family home with access to shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge, 2-3 placements.
