Who do we help?
Single young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or vulnerably housed. No local connection required.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from approx 10 named agencies, including Nottingham City Housing Aid and Emmanuel House (please contact Nightstop for details of the other trained referral agencies).
Referral procedure
Referrals accepted Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. Form completed whilst interview carried out by referral agency. Must be referred to Nottingham Nightstop initially as part of the assessment process.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
A Support Worker supports each young person on placement, in addition to the support provided by the host. Support sessions are given weekly and provide support around independent living skills, benefits, budgeting, finding education/work, referrals to additional support services where needed, help to find long term accommodation.

Room in a family home with access to shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge, 2-3 placements.
