Single homeless women aged 16 and over, including women with mental health or substance misuse problems, care leavers and ex-offenders. No local connection required.

Sex offenders. Recent history of arson.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Require background information from agencies eg CPN, mental health social workers, if contact has been significant.

Referral procedure

Referring agencies will complete a HAF and risk assessment. When a vacancy becomes available and criteria is met an interview will be arranged

Support offered

13staff, 24 hour waking cover 5 key workers who generally hold 6-7 clients each. Keyworking is weekly/fortnightly or monthly dependent on needs of the client, the outcome star is used. Support plans cover living skills, advice on benefits, housing, employment and training, emotional support, we also refer to specialist services. Other agencies run courses around building self esteem/ emotional well being/cookery.
