Young single homeless women aged 16-24 who require housing related support to sustain and maintain accommodation. Local connection required. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from Social Services, Cambridge City Council, Centre 33, Youth Support/Locality Teams, YOS and other supported housing providers.

Referral procedure

Referrals via Cambridge Inform, phone the project Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or email.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff provide support around independent living Skills, working closely with partnership agencies. Sign posting to specialist agencies to ensure clients receive the appropriate support dependent on their individual needs. Key-work system using Outcomes Star, offering regular Support meetings. Referrals to outside agencies.
