Services offered

Housing related support for people over the age of 25 in Calderdale. Support provided includes: • Preventing homelessness and supporting retaining current housing where possible. • Supporting people to sustain their tenancy, preventing tenancy breakdown. • Developing independent living skills. • Reducing social isolation through community engagement and maintaining personal relationships. • Working in partnership with specialist services.
