How to get a referral

Referral procedure

Referrers need to contact the service line manager. They will then be asked to fill in a referral form which is then presented at the monthly Accommodation Forum.

Support offered

We provide practical and emotional support in order to benefit wellbeing, this includes support with budgeting, benefits, shopping, cooking, cleaning, setting up direct debits to pay bills, registering with a GP and ordering medication.

We are based on the edge of town. Bus routes are good and the service is a 10 minute walk away from the railway station.
