Young single homeless people aged 16-18 with medium-high support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Hillingdon.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come from LB Hillingdon Social Services. Do not accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or write. Application form completed by prospective resident and referring agency. Interview when vacancy becomes available. Require proof of ID and Social Services reports if applicable.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Staff provide 24 hour cover. key worker system (1-2 residents per key worker), with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support with independent living skills, finding appropriate training or education and applying for move-on accommodation. Access to P3's Navigator advice centre.
