Young single homeless people aged 18-25 with low to medium support needs. Priority given to those with a local connection to LB Hillingdon.

Who we cannot help

No specific exclusions, each case considered on an individual basis. People with children or dogs.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept referrals from any agency. Do not accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Wed & Fri 8am-1pm, Thurs 2pm-7m or write. Must be referred using completed P3 referral paperwork. Require PSR where appropriate. Successful applicants placed on waiting list. Interview with 2 members of staff. Available places allocated on basis of need.

Support offered

1 part-time staff available Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, emergency on-call system. key worker system with monthly meetings. Staff offer support and advice on life skills, benefits, budgeting, employment, training and resettlement as part of a structured programme. Informal counselling available. Referrals to specialist agencies as necessary.
