People over the age of 18 who are experiencing homelessness.

Who we cannot help

Those with high support needs, such as drug and/or alcohol addiction.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Coventry City Council, CGL (Change Grow Live), Mind, Probation Officer, Salvation Army, Valley House, Kairos and Haven.

Referral procedure

These agencies have been sent a referral form which they will complete with the applicant. This will be forwarded to the team. They will contact the applicant within 24 hours and arrange an assessment. The referrer and the applicant will be updated with the result within 24 hours of assessment.

Support offered

We can support with housing, becoming tenancy ready, life skills, budgeting, dealing with debt, mental and physical health, low level support for drugs and/or alcohol issues, employment/volunteering, domestic violence and signposting to external services.
