How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, including referrals from prison. May accept anybody under age 25 but they MUST refer to the SAFE consortium first as they are specifically funded to support this age group (Tel: 0800 0556184).

Referral form or call/email to self-refer. Social work, psychiatric, probation reports, care plans needed if applicable.

Support offered

Staff available 7.30am-12 midnight, sleep-in cover. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support sessions tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Practical help with living skills. Social, gardening, craft groups.
