How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals for P3 accommodation in Wolverhampton for P3 services will need to contact 53 Wellington Road, Bilston, WV14 6AQ or telephone 01902 490050 OR the Freephone number 0800 107 6753.

Referral procedure

All referrals will initially be taken at 53 Wellington Road, Bilston with a view to move through the Pathway service which allows clients to move forward to a more appropriate service, all based in the Wolverhampton area

Support and accommodation

Support offered

10 full time staff on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (4 residents per worker), compulsory weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around daily living skills, including finances and tenancy sustainment.
