We provide personalised support to help people successfully move on to longer-term accommodation suited to their needs. We provide 1:1 tailored support for each person including: • Building Tenancy skills. • Budgeting and managing debt. • Improving health and wellbeing. • Accessing other services, such as support for substance misuse, or mental health. • Connecting with community activities and developing positive support networks. • Accessing employment, education, or training.
