Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-18 with additional support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Hillingdon. This hostel only accepts referrals from Hillingdon Social Services.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals via London Borough of Hillingdon Social Services.

Referral procedure

Referrals need to be made on Hillingdon generic referral form. Initial assessment required from referring agency together with care /pathway plans/YOS report as applicable. Formal interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

6 staff, available 8am-8pm, sleep-in cover. key worker system, monthly meetings. Care plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support with independent living skills eg budgeting and cooking, finding appropriate training or education and applying for move-on accommodation. Referrals to specialist agencies as required.
