Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with high support needs. Must be willing to access training, education or employment. Must have a local connection to LB Lewisham.

Who we cannot help

People currently using class A drugs. Those with a history of serious violence. People who are unprepared to engage with the service. Pregnant women. Those who need a higher level of support than can be met by the project.

How to get a referral

Only accept referrals from LB Lewisham SHIP Team.

Application form and interview. Require risk assessment.

Support offered

4 staff, available 7.30am-12.30am, sleep-in cover. Keywork system, weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff give support around independent living skills, benefits, training. Signposting to other services. Dedicated access and training officer on site Mon & Fri.
