Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Single people aged 18+ who are homeless or living in inappropriate or insecure accommodation, we provide direct access enhanced housing management, general needs and peer landlord accommodation. Applicants for our EHM accommodation should have low needs. Applicants for our peer landlord or general needs accommodation should have no active support needs.

Who we cannot help

People who pose an unacceptable risk to themselves or to others because of violence, fire raising, violent or coercive sexual behaviour or exploitative behaviour.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Do not accept self referrals. We will accept referrals from prison but require an OASys report.

Referral procedure

Contact allocations worker to check for vacancies. Hackney referrals accepted directly for those with mental health issues and learning disabilities. Homeless and rough sleeper referrals via Hackney Single Homeless & Rough Sleeper Housing Panel. Assessment and possible interview. Please send ID, proof of income and all supporting health and risk related documents with your application.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

No support provided in EHM. This is a tenancy sustainment service. Tenants will meet with key worker once a fortnight to address issues such as rent payments, repairs and co-tenant relationships. Our Peer Landlord scheme is for those in work or seeking work. Tenants take an active role in their households, supporting each other to ensure the household runs smoothly. A reduction in rent is offered as part of this scheme, which is saved towards the cost of a deposit.
