Referral procedure

A Places for People referral form needs completing in the first instance by a professional. Details of all support and housing needs and housing history required, Health issues/medication and any associated risks need completing. Supporting identification and proof of a right to reside in the UK is required.

Housing Management at the service from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Security presence on site during office hours. Intensive 1 to 1 support is provided by external agencies
